Pricing
- £20 per hour when the client provides agreed products and materials.
- £23 per hour when we provide products and materials.
- Minimum charge: 3 hours.
If more time is needed, we will discuss this with you before continuing.
Why is the first clean different
The first visit usually takes longer than regular maintenance cleaning because we are not only cleaning. We are learning the property, identifying build-up areas, understanding preferences and bringing the home to a standard that can be maintained more easily afterwards.

Do I need a first clean before regular cleaning?
In most cases, yes. It helps us bring the property to a maintainable standard before starting regular visits.
Do I need to provide products?
Only if booking the lower-rate option. We can also provide products and materials.
What if my property needs more time?
We will always discuss additional time and costs with you before continuing.
Is this a deep clean?
This service sits between a maintenance clean and a full deep clean. Heavy-duty or specialist cleaning may require a separate quote.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged at the full booked amount due to reserved time and scheduling commitments.
