This service is designed for weekly or fortnightly visits to help maintain the property in a clean and manageable condition.
Pricing:
- £18 per hour when the client provides products, vacuum and mop
- £20 per hour when we provide products and materials
- Weekly minimum: 2 hours
- Fortnightly minimum: 3 hours
What’s regular domestic cleaning?
Regular domestic cleaning is available for weekly or fortnightly visits only.
This service is designed to maintain homes that are already kept at a manageable standard. It is maintenance cleaning rather than deep cleaning.
Monthly or irregular visits usually require a first time clean or one-off deep clean due to build-up between visits.
Add-On Services for Domestic Cleaning
These services must be booked in advance, as additional time may need to be added to the visit.
• Ironing – £20
Up to 6 shirts.
Includes ironing, folding or hanging, and putting items away where possible.
• Oven Cleaning – £30 per single oven
Client provides products and materials.
£35 when we provide products and materials.
Must be booked in advance.
• Fridge Cleaning – £20
Interior fridge cleaning only.
Fridge should be emptied before the visit where possible.
• Interior Windows – £20
Up to 5 interior windows.
Must be booked in advance.
• Home Organisation – from £25 per hour
Minimum booking: 3 hours.
This is a separate organising service, not standard cleaning.
Includes wardrobes, cupboards, storage areas and general home organisation.
• Carpet Steam Cleaning – from £80
Quoted separately depending on room size and condition.

What’s not included
• Washing large amounts of dishes
• Collecting plates, cups or rubbish from multiple rooms
• Decluttering personal belongings
• Handling valuable, fragile or sentimental items
• Deep grease, mould or heavy limescale removal
• Monthly or irregular “reset” cleaning
• Removal of excessive rubbish, heavy bags or multiple boxes
• Moving heavy furniture or excessive clutter
Clients are responsible for putting away valuable, fragile or sentimental belongings before the visit.
For insurance and damage prevention reasons, dishwashers are not operated by us unless agreed in advance.
Rubbish is removed only where safely manageable by one person.
How should I prepare for a regular clean?
To help us work efficiently and safely, we ask that personal belongings, clothing, dishes and cups be put away before the visit.
Regular domestic cleaning is a light maintenance service rather than decluttering or household management.
Please ensure valuable, fragile or sentimental items are safely stored before the clean, including cash, jewellery, documents and irreplaceable belongings.
For safety and insurance reasons:
• Heavy furniture is not moved or lifted
• Excessive clutter cannot be cleaned around
• Dishwashers are not operated unless agreed in advance
• Large amounts of washing up are not included
Rubbish can be removed to outside bins where safely manageable by one person and within a reasonable amount.
Do I need a first clean before regular cleaning?
In most cases, yes. It helps us bring the property to a maintainable standard before starting regular visits.
Do I need to provide products?
For regular domestic cleaning, clients usually provide their preferred products, vacuum and mop. This helps avoid cross-contamination between homes and allows us to work with products you are comfortable using.
If products are provided by us, this must be agreed in advance and may affect pricing.
Recommended list of products and materials is available on request.
What if my property needs more time?
If additional time is needed due to build-up, extra tasks or the condition of the property, we will discuss this with you before continuing.
Tasks outside the agreed regular maintenance standard may require additional time, charges or booking as a first time or deep clean service.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge with at least 48 hours notice.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be charged at the full booked amount due to reserved time and scheduling commitments.
